While everyone across Australia continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, Progility remains committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic, and to provide continuity of service where safe and viable for all those concerned.
We realise that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible for you to continue your operations and help you respond to the unique demands that you may be facing. We want you to know that at this important time, you can count on us to be there to support your business.
Progility’s leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to support the safety and health of those impacted. In addition, Progility is operating in accordance with guidance from state and federal government agencies, including the Australian Government Department of Health. The welfare of both our employees and your employees remains a priority. We have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other, with you, and suppliers. We are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve you.
1. How are we caring for our staff?
Progility staff who have recently returned from overseas or who have any signs of illness are self-isolating, and we have no confirmed cases at any of the four offices we work from across Australia. Where functions practically allow it, in an effort to keep our workforce well, we are promoting working from home and are equipped to do so.
2. Will maintenance and support services be impacted?
Progility remains committed to meeting its service level agreements, and with our business operations powered by processes and tools that support remote work via a nationally diversified workforce, this provides inherent resiliency. Our teams are receiving frequent updates from our COO in consultation with internal and external expert advisors regarding how to navigate this unprecedented situation. In particular, to ensure that all standards and guidelines set by Government receive full compliance and priority.
3. How can I get updates on COVID-19 from Progility relating to my service and support needs?

Please call 1800 426 667 (24x7) and our team will ensure your enquiry will be promptly escalated to the Senior Leaders handling this critical situation.
